What do I get in the free trial?
Everything. Every feature is switched on for 14 days, with 1 till, 1 store and 3 users, and no card. Add sample products to try things out, or start with your own. When you choose a plan, your data carries over.
Is there a free plan after the trial?
No. After the trial you choose a plan, from Starter. Every plan includes every feature; the plans differ only in how many tills, stores and users they cover.
Do I need a card to start?
No. The trial runs for 14 days with everything switched on. Choose a plan when you are ready; your data carries over.
How do I pay?
By card through PayHere (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, LankaQR) or by bank transfer against an invoice. Yearly plans include two months free.
What counts as a till or a store?
A till is one checkout device (a tablet or PC selling at the counter). A store is a location that holds stock - a shop or a warehouse.
Can I change plans?
Any time. Upgrades take effect as soon as the payment lands and the unused days of your current plan are added to the new period.
How do I cancel, and do I get a refund?
Cancel any time under Settings → Plan & billing, or write to us. The plan stays active to the end of the period you paid for and nothing more is charged; your data stays for 90 days. Monthly plans are not refunded for the month already started; yearly plans are refunded pro-rata within 30 days of payment. The Refunds & cancellation page has the details.
Are prices inclusive of tax?
Prices are shown in your base currency, excluding taxes where applicable. Taxes are itemised on the invoice.
